Our Team
SKILLED NURSING
Registered Nurses (RN) are responsible for the initial evaluation of a patient upon admission to services. The RN will work to develop a Plan of Care that tailors to the Individual’s specific medical needs. Periodically, the RN will reassess the patient to monitor any changes with the patient’s health that may need to be addressed with the primary physician.
