Hypertension (HTN), commonly referred to as high blood pressure, is a serious condition in which blood pressure is persistently elevated.
This causes undue stress on the heart, blood vessels, and other organs and can lead to many other health risks such as heart attacks and strokes. PruCareâs Home Health Hypertension Program provides specialized quality care and education in order for patients to take control of this condition. Our nursing and home health staff has been formally trained on the special needs of patientâs coping with HTN.
